Property Agents Bill 2010

The Queensland Government has been working towards new "real estate" legislation, which was tabled in Parliament as the Property Agents Bill 2010.  This legislation will directly impact PSAQ members, and so we have had extensive involvement in some aspects of its development.

Being the only organisation that "real estate" employees can now join as new members, the PSAQ has focused on matters that are of specific interest to those employees and potential employees:

  • commissions
  • licensing
  • training.
