The PSAQ's latest submission to the Minister for Fair Trading has now been finalised . . .

In early June 2004, the PSAQ conducted an e-mail survey of the industry, seeking to obtain feedback on issues such as commission restrictions, licensing delays, etc.

This feedback was then collated and sent to the Minister for Fair Trading, along with a letter further outlining our Proposals for Change, in order to try and get "a fairer go", not only for the industry, but also the consumer.
