2009 Award Wage Increase for Employees of NON Corporations

On 1 September 2009, the Award wage rate for a Property Manager and a Property Sales Person employed under Queensland legislation (NON Corporations) each rise by $16.20 per week.

The new rates are $672.80 per week (Property Manager) and $576.30 per week (Property Sales Person). Other classifications also rise as a percentage of the above rates, as set out in each Award.

An employer is not obliged to pass on any increase to those employees who are already paid above the new wage rate.

Note I: In 2009, there is no increase to wage rates for employees of Corporations.
